What you think about alcohol is about to change forever.
Revealed now in this FREE training!

Why most attempts to control drinking fail.
It’s not your fault. Most people fail because they’re up against powerful forces—subconscious programming and societal messaging that glamorize alcohol. Media and social pressures embed the belief that alcohol is essential for fun, relaxation, and connection. In this webinar, I’ll show you how understanding these forces can help you break free and create lasting change

The Key to Lasting Change.
Even if you seem successful, alcohol might quietly control parts of your life. Overdrinking often stems from societal narratives and subconscious beliefs that keep you stuck. In this webinar, I’ll show you why willpower isn’t enough and how curiosity and compassion can help you reclaim your power and realign your choices with your values.

How to Break Free Without Losing What Matters.
Changing your relationship with alcohol doesn’t mean giving up fun, connection, or relaxation. The key is replacing shame and blame with curiosity and compassion. In this webinar, I’ll share how The Alcohol Freedom Method helps people rewire beliefs, break free from societal influences, and create a life where alcohol feels small and unimportant—all without losing what truly matters.

About me:
Onowa Bjella, ALPC
For over 20 years, I’ve been helping people unlock their potential and create meaningful change as both an educator and coach. With a Master’s degree in Education and extensive coaching experience, my work is shaped by a blend of professional expertise and a deeply personal journey. This combination gives me a unique understanding of the challenges people face when breaking free from alcohol.
My path has been deeply influenced by an unconventional childhood and the loss of my mother at a young age—an experience that taught me firsthand how trauma can lead people to seek comfort in alcohol. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds, guiding them to overcome challenges, set meaningful goals, and achieve lasting change. As a coach, I approach every client with compassion, helping them build lives that feel fulfilling and free from alcohol’s grip.
As a mother, I committed to a lifestyle rooted in whole, natural foods and intentional, healthy living. I spent years researching wellness, avoiding environmental toxins, and questioning conventional ideas about what it means to live a truly healthy and happy life. It was during this process that I began to see alcohol in a completely new light—recognizing how deeply I’d been programmed by societal norms and expectations. Breaking free from that programming transformed my life, and I’ve been living alcohol-free ever since.
Today, as a senior coach and instructor for new coaches, I’ve created The Alcohol Freedom Method. This approach brings together my personal experience, professional coaching expertise, and over two decades in education to guide others as they redefine their relationship with alcohol and create lives of clarity, balance, and freedom.
